INGREDIENTS: 1 cup black pearl tapioca4 tbsp honey4 tbsp brown sugargreen teadrinking grade matchaturmeric teasplash of milkice INSTRUCTIONS: Pour 1 cup of black pearl tapioca into boiling water. Boil the boba for about 5-6 minutes or until the tapioca rises to the top and finally settles to the bottom. Scoop the boba out of the boiling water and into a bowl. When cooked, they should be tender and chewy. If they are a little hard, continue cooking for 1-2 minutes. Pour 4 tbsp of honey into the bowl. Add 4 tbsp of brown sugar. Mix well.
