We understand that sometimes you may not be vibing with a purchase. If you’re looking to process a return, no worries—we want to help you out! Shoot us an email at info@PacificThyme.com to authorize a return. Return shipping is at your expense.
Unwashed and unused merchandise may be returned for store credit. Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the order for store credit.
Once the return has been authorized and shipped, please keep records of your tracking information. Once we receive the return, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. At that time you will be issued an online store credit code in the amount of the item returned minus the shipping charges.
Items discounted below 30% off are considered to be FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Ownership of a package is turned over to USPS and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We can not be held responsible for a lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via the carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us. Shipping issues will be handled via USPS.
